Objective #3:
Apply strategies for continuous self-evaluation including supervision and consultation, and feedback from peers and other sources for self development.
It is hard to pinpoint one particular assignment to prove competence of this objective, because I acheived this objective throughout my overall experience in Field Education. I have learned so much by actually getting into the social work field and doing real, hands-on work. It is a daily occurrence in my field placement to resolve ethical conflicts, and it is imperative to maintain a professional attitude at all times. I have uploaded one of my supervision agendas that I develop weekly for consultations with my Field Instructor.
