Being involved in several integrative seminar classes has been a tremendous help to me and an excellent source of feedback from instructors and peers. Being a part of these classes has also offered me various opportunities for self-evaluation. In the first Ability Seminar class I took in the Junior year of the program, we were asked to record our thoughts and reactions to the class every week. I have uploaded one of my journal entries.
